Astrodon Johnstoni

I was part of a movement of "dinosaur moms" when I lived in Maryland (Astrodon Johnstoni is the Maryland state dinosaur.) Which is nothing more than this -- dinosaur moms delight in the half-feral nature of the beasties they parent, even as they whisper Shakespeare and Kierkegaard in their ears at night.

Earth Hour

Have you heard about Earth Hour 2008? It started in Sydney, Austrailia in 2007 and has spread worldwide this year. To participate all you have to do is turn off your lights for 1 hour at 8pm on March 29th. Simple! Please join in this effort and get as many family members and friends to participate and help send the message! You can show your commitment by signing up at Earth Hour's website and then send this link to as many people as you can, the more the merrier.
